The ground-floor café, under the direction of chef owners Lee Hanson and Riad Nasr - with lead baker , Johann Cottier, executive pastry chef, Michelle Palazzo, and executive Sous chef, Zoe DEANGELIS-JIMENEZ - combines the best of Tribeca’s Frenchette Bakery with a menu reflecting the spirit of a French café, and their nearby restaurant, Frenchette.
